We see the citizens and king of Ninevah display true repentance, and God chooses to spare them. We relate Jonah's reaction to today's world, and our call for justice, not grace. God uses multiple avenues to prove to Jonah, and us, that he is love, and wants to have a relationship with us. We also see a clear picture of God as a provider.
